The following is a brief outline of the
services we offer:
Top Ten Priority Report
This report is for those homes that are well
on their way to being staged and just need a little extra
direction. This customized report focuses on the ten most
important areas of your home and those items that need the
most attention.
Staging Day
The half-day of staging is a 4-hour process
of proper furniture placement to show off your homes best
features. We put on the finishing touches with accessories
and proper lighting. The full day of staging is an 8-hour
process. A full day of staging may be necessary for those
homes that need a little extra attention and detail before
the home goes on the market to attain a top dollar
sale.
New Listing or Weekend Staging
We recommend this service for those clients
who are getting ready for an open house. Our consultants
can spend up to two full days transforming your home to make
that great first and lasting impression for potential
buyers. The focus is on creating “emotional connection
points” in order to showcase your home to it fullest
potential. We come in and give the home a final model home
look.
Vacant Home Staging
This service is for that vacant house that
needs to “Feel Home” by making it warm and inviting. Our
services can help the homebuyers envision themselves living
there, instead of focusing on the vacant empty details. A
proposal will be provided after an initial consultation.
Fees will be based on the homes square footage plus
furniture rental.
Redesign Services
We offer a wide variety of design services
from choosing the right paint colors, to helping with
organization and clearing out the clutter or planning a full
room re-do.
